Pay Rate: $45.00- 48.00/hr on W2/C2C (All Inclusive)
Duration: 06+ Months with Possible Extension.

We are seeking an experienced IAM Technical Lead with 8-10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Cybersecurity, and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA). The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of IAM ecosystems, and experience managing large-scale global programs with multiple stakeholders.

The candidate will lead IAM operations, access governance, certification campaigns, audit compliance activities, and integration initiatives while driving offshore support teams in a 24x7 environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IAM and cybersecurity programs across global teams and multiple business stakeholders.
• Manage Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or One Identity Manager (1IM).
• Oversee user lifecycle management, access provisioning, deprovisioning, role management, and certification processes.
• Manage IAM integrations with ServiceNow, CMDB, ITSM platforms, Active Directory, cloud environments, and enterprise applications.
• Support audit, compliance, certification, and governance initiatives.
• Drive incident management, problem management, and operational excellence for IAM services.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to implement IAM solutions.
• Review and troubleshoot IAM workflows, connectors, and integrations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to offshore BAU support teams operating in a 24x7 environment.
• Prepare management reports, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Support cloud-based IAM initiatives and emerging technologies such as AWS and AI/GenAI-driven security solutions.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Cybersecurity.
• Strong experience with at least one IGA platform:
  • SailPoint
  • Saviynt
  • One Identity Manager (1IM)
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for:
  • Access Provisioning
  • ITSM
  • CMDB Integration
• Strong PL/SQL knowledge.
• Ability to understand and support .NET-based integrations.
• Experience with AWS environments and cloud security concepts.
• Strong understanding of the IAM ecosystem, governance, access controls, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in certification campaigns, audit support, and access governance reviews.
• Strong incident and problem management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead global teams and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Experience with CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Exposure to AI/GenAI-driven security and IAM initiatives.
• Knowledge of cloud identity solutions and modern authentication technologies.
