IBHS Clinical Director - Onsite, Philadelphia, PA - Full Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM  -  $90,000 - $100,000 Per Year

Compensation
Pay Range:  $90,000.00 - $100,000 Per Year

Description
The position requires a licensed behavioral health leader to direct the Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) program in the Philadelphia area. 
This full-time role involves overseeing school-based, home-based, and community-based behavioral health services for children and families. 
The director will be onsite, primarily in West Philadelphia, ensuring the effective delivery of services and compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements
Licensed behavioral health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, psychologist, or psychiatrist) or a Master's in a clinical behavioral health discipline.
Minimum of 2 years post-Master's experience in direct behavioral health services.
Experience in IBHS programs and working with Community Behavioral Health.
Familiarity with PA Chapter 5240, OMHSAS, managed care, and licensing standards.
Supervisory experience with multidisciplinary clinical teams.
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Community-oriented and comfortable in public-facing roles.

Qualifications
Licensed behavioral health professional or relevant Master's degree.
2+ years of experience in behavioral health services for children and families.
Experience with school districts similar to Philadelphia.
Knowledge of regulatory standards for behavioral health services.
Proven leadership in clinical team supervision.
Ability to build collaborative community partnerships.
