Significant experience of all aspects of the SDLC in the MDM domain is required.The selected candidate will have following responsibilities:Design and extend MDM data model – Party and Account DomainProvide expertise in working with MDM Architect and Lead Developer using IBM MDM V.10 or later. Experience in recent versions of MDM preferred.Work with onshore/offshore team to manage the deliverablesQualifications Key requirements for this position are:Graduate with 2+ yrs of hands on working experience in IBM MDM Data ModelExperience in design and development of logical and physical data modelsExtend and customize the IBM data model based on the business requirements eg. House holding, introducing new subject areasPerform data analysis on source system data for documenting source to target mapping and transformation rulesWork closely with the Business Analysts and project team to understand the business needs and data flow in/outProven background as the role of data modeler for MDM engagementSound knowledge of framework and lifecycle of Master Data ManagementStrong written and oral communications skillsCoordinating with offshore/onshore teams and help team to deliver on timeRelease and delivery preparation in various iterations during the project Prefer candidates with following skills and experience:Financial services industry experience strongly preferredSelf starter, able to work independently and manage personal time on multiple opportunities simultaneouslyAbility to identify, manages, and escalates risks to be able to influence project scope and timelines when necessary.Thought leadership in MDM Data Modeling and Information ManagementStrong collaboration and communication skillsQualificationsMinimum Requirement:Bachelor's DegreeAt least 5 years experience in Information Management DomainAt least 2 years experience in IBM MDM Data Model in Party and Account Model DomainsProven experience data modeling working with implementing IBM Infosphere MDM
