" 10 years hands-on with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1): Rules/Feeders ,Financial Planning and Analysis.
" Strong understanding of banking/financial-services finance processes:
? Predictive analytics in IBM TM1 limits advanced forecasting and automation for Financial Planning and Analysis
? Improve version control and CI/CD , optimize operational risk and governance challenges
? Handle modern data platforms and sustainable real-time capabilities
? Budgeting & forecasting (Revenue/NII, NIM, OPEX, HC),
? Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) & profitability allocation,
? Balance sheet & liquidity planning, ALM concepts,
? CECL/Provision drivers, RWA/capital planning basics (Basel/ICAAP), stress testing concepts (e.g., CCAR).
" Solid SQL skills and experience with relational schemas and performance tuning.
" Experience integrating with ERP/GL (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft), data warehouses/lakes,
" Strong problem solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
