    Description

    ICAM Program Manager - Washington, DC (Hybrid)

    Duration: 6+ Months

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

    • Lead strategic planning, implementation, and oversight of ICAM modernization efforts.
    • Serve as the primary interface for Government stakeholders, coordinating timelines and delivery activities.
    • Manage project approach including work planning, milestone management, and staffing alignment.
    • Oversee discovery and planning activities to inform future-state solution and migration strategy.
    • Direct execution across solution design, implementation planning, configuration, and testing.
    • Coordinate development and delivery of core program artifacts for Government review and approval.
    • Manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, driving mitigation actions where needed.
    • Ensure cross-functional alignment among technical and operational teams.
    • Oversee implementation and migration sequencing from legacy to modernized solutions.
    • Provide executive and operational reporting on progress, schedule, risks, and quality.
    • Support MVP and full deployment governance and oversee adoption, training, and change management activities.
    • Lead transition planning and execution, including resource planning and knowledge transfer.
    • Support post-implementation operations and stakeholder engagement.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.
    • 8–12 years of experience in ICAM, cybersecurity, or enterprise architecture.
    • Experience leading enterprise IAM/ICAM or cybersecurity modernization programs.
    • Strong knowledge of ICAM concepts and integration across enterprise systems.
    • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in cloud-based and enterprise-integrated environments.
    • Experience managing schedules, milestones, and stakeholder communications in complex technical programs.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, CISSP, CISM, Security+, ITIL, TOGAF.
    • Experience in federal, government, or other highly regulated public-sector environments.
    • Experience managing identity modernization programs with platforms like Okta, SailPoint, and Microsoft Entra ID.
    • Experience supporting transition management and post-implementation operations in enterprise technology programs.
