Position Summary:
Responsible for creating a fun an d welcoming guest experience while serving high-quality ice cream and beverages. This role supports daily operations through excellent customer service, product preparation, and maintaining a clean organized environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service
- Accurately operate the POS system and handle cash transactions
- Prepare and serve ice cream, milkshakes, and other menu items to company standards
- Assist with hosting and supporting birthday parties and special events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, service areas, and workstation
- Restock inventory supplies, and ingredients as needed throughout shifts,
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring all task are completed thoroughly
- Participate in routine inventory counts and stock management
- Complete opening and closing duties, ensuring all procedures are followed
- Texas ID required
- Be able to lift 50 lbs
- Be able to pass a background check
