Cold Stone Creamery Mansfield is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Ice Cream Cake Decorator / Assistant Manager to join our sweet team in Midlothian, TX! Responsibilities:

• Design and decorate custom ice cream cakes for birthdays, celebrations, and special events
• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Supervise, train, and motivate crew members to deliver exceptional customer service
• Manage inventory, place orders, and maintain proper stock levels for cake supplies and ingredients
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are consistently met
• Handle customer inquiries, cake orders, and resolve any guest concerns with professionalism
• Support scheduling, cash handling, and other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cake decorating, bakery, or a related food service role preferred
• Prior supervisory or assistant management experience in a retail or food service environment
• Strong attention to detail with a creative eye for design and presentation
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
