The Senior Icertis Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, optimization, governance, and support of the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform. This role serves as the technical and functional owner of the CLM environment, partnering with Legal, Procurement, Sales, Finance, Compliance, and IT teams to ensure contract lifecycle management processes are efficient, compliant, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
The individual will lead platform enhancements, workflow automation, user support, reporting, integrations, system governance, and release management while driving adoption and continuous improvement across the organization.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience administering Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms.
• 3+ years of hands-on Icertis administration and configuration experience.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes and legal operations.
• Experience configuring workflows, templates, clauses, forms, reports, and security models.
• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications and integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
A high-performing Senior Icertis Administrator is typically 40% platform expert, 35% business process consultant, and 25% stakeholder/project manager. They can independently manage the CLM platform while also leading process improvement initiatives and serving as the organization's subject matter expert for contract lifecycle management.
