Description

• Lead K-12 renovation projects on occupied campuses
• Manage schedules, subcontractors, and site logistics during night work
• Coordinate closely with district stakeholders, inspectors, and internal teams
• Enforce safety, quality, and schedule adherence
• Maintain clear communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Schedule Note: Night work is expected approximately 3 nights per week during the school year (summer work is primarily daytime).

Profile

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on K-12 or occupied ICI projects

• Comfortable managing night work and tight schedules

• Strong leadership presence and communication skills

• Able to step into an urgent need and make an immediate impact
