ICP GROUP: Data Entry

ICP Group is looking to identify a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support our Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs (PSRA) team on an 8-week project. The primary responsibility will be organizing, standardizing, and uploading Safety Data Sheets (SDS) into the company's Velocity system. This project is critical to improving document management, ensuring compliance with record retention requirements, and creating a centralized repository for safety documentation.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable performing repetitive administrative tasks, and committed to maintaining a high level of accuracy while managing large volumes of documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, organize, and categorize Safety Data Sheets (SDS) currently stored in electronic folders.
• Enter and upload SDS information accurately into the Velocity system.
• Verify document completeness and ensure data is entered consistently according to established standards.
• Rename, format, and organize files to support standardization efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of completed uploads and project progress.
• Identify duplicate, missing, or incomplete documentation and escalate concerns as needed.
• Support the PSRA team in creating a centralized, compliant repository for safety documentation.
• Follow established procedures to ensure records are retained in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of entered data.
