Support the Director of Enterprise Applications in executing the SYSPRO implementation plan for procurement, ensuring tasks are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
Coordinate with operations, supply chain, and R&D teams to document and validate procurement requirements, including purchasing workflows, vendor management, and approval processes.
Assist in gathering, cleansing, and migrating master data related to suppliers, materials, costs, and units of measure, ensuring accuracy and completeness across legacy systems.
Collaborate with technical teams to validate and test the integration of formulas, BOMs, and related cost structures within SYSPRO, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory needs.
Help manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and training activities, providing issue tracking and resolution support for procurement-related functions.
Maintain detailed documentation of process designs, decisions, and configurations, supporting long-term system governance and change management.
