This full-time, fully benefited position offers: • Compensation: $35 - $38 / hour (depending on experience). • The Ultimate Schedule: Work just 6 nights to get your 80 hours, then enjoy 8 consecutive days off! Minimum Qualifications: • Must be a Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, or RVT). • 4+ years of dedicated experience in veterinary emergency medicine. Preferred Strengths: • Inspirational Leadership: Proven ability to motivate, delegate, resolve conflicts, and remain calm under pressure. • Exceptional Communicator: Strong verbal, written, and active listening skills with a knack for giving constructive, growth-oriented feedback. • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating electronic medical records (Cornerstone and/or Instinct) and Microsoft Office.
