A hospital in Montrose is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join both its Intensive Care Unit and House Float Pool teams. Position Overview

Registered Nurses in the ICU will care for critically ill patients requiring advanced monitoring, complex treatments, and rapid clinical decision-making. House Float RNs will support multiple departments throughout the facility, providing skilled nursing care where staffing needs are greatest. Both roles play a vital part in ensuring high-quality patient outcomes and maintaining continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to patients in assigned units.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders and clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery goals.
• Respond effectively to changing patient needs in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Support a culture of patient safety, teamwork, and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a relevant clinical setting.
