- Experience: 2+ years ICU experience, CVICU preferred

What Youll Do:
- Provide expert ICU care for adult patients in a busy critical care environment
- Assist with lab sticks, EKGs, and line placements
- Operate advanced equipment including Alaris IV pumps, Servo I ventilators, Fresenius CRRT machines, Edwards Lifesciences monitors, and more
- Care for patients on various isolation protocols, including COVID-19
- Float to other ICUs, ED, PACU, and occasionally to MS/PCU units as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols
What You Need:
- Valid RN license and current certifications (ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIH)
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience; CVICU experience highly preferred
- Ability to care for isolation patients and to work nights
- Proficiency with ICU equipment and patient monitoring systems
- Strong critical thinking and teamwork skills
