Join Our Team as an ICU Registered Nurse – Make a Difference in Critical Care

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated ICU Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in a dynamic, fast-paced critical care environment. This vital role offers the opportunity to work with advanced equipment and collaborate with a committed healthcare team, ensuring the highest standards of patient outcomes. Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
  • Epic Electronic Health Record system expertise
  • Proficiency in managing Impella devices and CRRT/NXSTAGE systems
  • Ability to work a 1:2 patient ratio, with flexibility to 1:3
  • Comfort with all lab work, EKGs, and line starts
  • Experience operating equipment such as Alaris IV pumps, CADD PCA pumps, Servo I ventilators, Fresenius CRRT machines, Edwards Lifesciences monitors, GE monitors, Hill Rom beds, Pyxis medication stations, and Veratron bladder scanners
  • Ability to float to various ICU units, ED, PACU, and occasionally MS/PCU units
  • Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with transport ventilators and dialysis machines
  • Additional certifications in advanced cardiac life support or specialized critical care procedures
  • Bilingual abilities or multilingual communication skills

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Valid RN licensure with current ACLS, BLS, CPI, and NIH certifications
  • At least two years of ICU experience in a hospital setting
  • Ability to work night shifts (3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30)

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to care for COVID-19 and infectious isolation patients, with knowledge of proper PPE usage, including N95 mask sizing
  • Willingness to work weekends (4 per 4-week schedule)
  • No call requirement
  • RTO request limited to 5 days
  • Travel, licensure, certification, and medication reimbursement as applicable
