What You’ll Do

• Provide direct patient care for critically ill ICU patients in a fast-paced environment
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to medical needs promptly
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Document patient information accurately using Epic electronic health record system
• Ensure compliance with all safety and hospital protocols
• Assist with float coverage across various ICU units (MICU, Neuro, TICU, Burn) as needed

What You Need

• Active RN license in Louisiana or compact state
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
• Proficiency with Epic EMR system preferred
• Current ACLS & BLS certifications; CCRN preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-stakes setting
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
