What Youll Do:
- Provide high-quality critical care nursing to ICU patients
- Monitor patients conditions and respond to changes promptly
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
- Document patient information accurately and timely
- Support patients and families through education and compassionate care
- Float to other ICU units (MICU, Neuro, TICU, Burn) as needed during shifts
What You Need:
- Valid RN license in Louisiana
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience (Epic experience preferred)
- ACLS & BLS certifications required; CCRN preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to different ICU settings
