What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, ensuring safety and comfort
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Respond effectively to emergencies and complex clinical situations
• Document patient care accurately and promptly
• Adhere to hospital protocols, safety procedures, and regulatory standards
• Float to other ICUs (MICU, Neuro, TICU, Burn) as needed and permitted

What You Need:

• Current RN license for Louisiana or compact licensing
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience required
• ACLS & BLS certifications required; CCRN preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour days, weekends, and holidays
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
