Key Responsibilities:<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Provides direct and indirect patient care services that meet the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Meets the communication needs of the patient and family.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations under the supervision of the ICU Physician.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Additionally, must be able to perform general nursing duties in all departments under the scope of RN license.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
Qualifications:<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Graduate of an accredited RN program<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Current Tennessee RN license<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Current BLS certification, ACLS and PALS<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>One year of hospital experience preferred<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Proficient in interpreting EKG, lab tests, etc.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
