A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care for critically ill patients in an intensive care setting. This opportunity is ideal for nursing professionals who thrive in high-acuity environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional patient-centered care through advanced assessment, monitoring, and clinical intervention.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and continuous monitoring of critically ill patients
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and advanced therapies as prescribed
Monitor patient responses and intervene promptly when clinical changes occur
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary care teams to coordinate treatment plans
Support patients requiring advanced monitoring, life-support therapies, and critical care interventions
Educate patients and family members regarding treatment plans, recovery expectations, and ongoing care needs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Promote patient safety, infection prevention, and evidence-based nursing practices
Participate in emergency response situations and critical care procedures
Advocate for patients while providing compassionate, family-centered care
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for licensure
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
Previous intensive care nursing experience required
Critical care, trauma, neurological, or surgical ICU experience preferred
Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
