Pay: $46/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide specialized care for stepdown and high-acuity patients

• Monitor vital signs, telemetry, and patient progress closely

• Administer medications, treatments, and ongoing patient assessments

• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes

What You’ll Bring:

• Active RN license (FL)

• ICU, PCU, or stepdown experience preferred

• Strong critical thinking and rapid assessment skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
