ID/OD Grinder 1st Shift

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated ID/OD Grinder to join our manufacturing team on 1st shift. This position is responsible for setting up and operating ID and OD grinding machines, inspecting finished products, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate ID and OD grinding machines
• Inspect products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance on equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and report unsafe conditions immediately
• Work efficiently to meet production goals and quality expectations

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or grinding experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use inspection tools is a plus
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
