Relationship: Legal subcontracting partner

Advise the prime and owner on Idaho authority, acquisition, development agreement terms, land-use interfaces, partner flow-downs, disclosures, and closing conditions.

Responsibilities

• Confirm entity authority and Idaho qualification requirements
• Support acquisition and DDA term negotiation
• Review partner agreements, responsibility exhibits, and mandatory flow-downs
• Coordinate legal conditions for financing, construction authorization, and required disclosures

Required qualifications and commitment evidence

• Active Idaho legal authority appropriate to the assignment
• Real estate development, public-private development, or DDA experience
• Hotel, mixed-use, redevelopment, or municipal transaction experience preferred
• Conflict clearance and signed integrity/engagement records

Proposal WBS and story-point coverage

• 1.1 — Prime authority and governance (5 points)
• 3.1 — DDA business terms and obligations (13 points)
• 4.4 — Financing close support (13 points)
