Position Summary

As an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst, youll play a key role in protecting our organization by ensuring the right people have the right access at the right time. This isnt just about managing accounts; its about strengthening security, supporting the business, and helping us continuously improve how we manage identity and access across the organization.

Youll partner across IT, HR, and business teams, tackle complex access challenges, and help drive improvements in our IAM processes and tools. If you enjoy problem-solving, collaborating, and making a meaningful impact in a growing area of cybersecurity, this role is for you.

In this role, your days will be a mix of hands-on problem solving and stepping back to look at the bigger picture. Youll spend time reviewing and validating access requests, especially the more complex or higher-risk ones, making sure everything aligns with policy and truly reflects business need. Youll oversee the full identity lifecycle, from onboarding through role changes and terminations, ensuring access is both timely and appropriate.

Youll also be the go-to person when things arent straightforward, jumping in to troubleshoot complex access or authentication issues and partnering with Engineering and Security teams to find the right solution. Along the way, youll help lead access reviews, support audit activities, and identify opportunities to tighten controls or improve processes.

Beyond the day-to-day, youll play a key role in maturing our IAM program, helping refine role-based access models, improving workflows, and identifying opportunities for automation. Youll collaborate closely with IT, HR, and business teams, and serve as a trusted resource when it comes to IAM best practices and guidance.
