Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst
6-9 month contract (possible extensions)
Location: Vienna Virginia (Remote)
Visa : USC and GC only
A financial services firm is seeking a new Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join their team in McLean, Virginia, focusing on Identity & Access Management governance and compliance initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Supporting IAM governance and access certification processes
Conducting user and privileged access reviews
Managing identity lifecycle management initiatives
Analyzing and documenting IAM requirements and workflows
Supporting audit, risk, and regulatory compliance efforts
Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience in IAM Governance and Compliance programs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent stakeholder engagement abilities
Proficient in requirement analysis
Strong communication skills
Ability to work well in a team
Strong attention to detail
Desired Qualifications:
Experience creating Identity & Access Management (IAM) governance documentation
Knowledge of Regulatory Risk related to IAM
Experience in Financial Services
Familiarity with company systems and processes
