    Description

    CTG is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join our client's enterprise security team in Buffalo, NY. In this role, you will use Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, CyberArk, and related IAM platforms to provision secure user access, resolve identity-related issues, and support regulatory compliance. Location: Buffalo, NY Duration: 5-month contract Responsibilities Provision, modify, and remove user access using Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, CyberArk, and related IAM platforms. Process complex access requests accurately, securely, and within established service-level agreements. Troubleshoot access issues and resolve identity-related incidents across enterprise applications. Support application access recertifications and periodic user access reviews. Research IAM issues, identify root causes, and recommend appropriate solutions. Collaborate with Role Engineering and other IT and Security teams to resolve provisioning and authorization issues. Maintain compliance with SOX controls, audit requirements, and internal security policies. Identify and escalate potential security, risk, and compliance concerns. Support internal and external audits and assist with corrective actions as needed. Maintain IAM process documentation and contribute to improvements in access controls and procedures. Provide guidance to less experienced analysts and assist with departmental initiatives. Qualifications A minimum of three years of combined higher education and professional experience, including at least one year of Identity and Access Management experience. Hands-on experience with: Active Directory Microsoft Entra, formerly Azure Active Directory CyberArk Working knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and enterprise security principles. Familiarity with SOX controls, audit requirements, and security compliance standards. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to work professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field. Two or more years of Identity and Access Management experience. Professional certification in information technology, cybersecurity, identity management, or a related discipline. Experience supporting enterprise IAM governance, user access reviews, and regulatory compliance.
