Cimarron is seeking an *Identity and Access Management (IdAM) Lead *to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract at either the Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL or at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, CO.
Key Duties:
- Lead the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of the IdAM environment for the Missile Defense Agency under the IRES contract.
- Ensure system and data security through effective identity and access management practices aligned with the Zero Trust Security Model.
- Provide strategic direction for the IdAM team to align objectives with business goals and drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor and develop the IdAM team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
- Oversee the design, strategy, and delivery of IdAM solutions to ensure alignment with client goals and industry best practices.
- Serve as the main liaison to executive stakeholders, clearly communicating IdAM strategies and managing relationships across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, DoD/NSS requirements, and proactively mitigate identity-related risks.
- Manage the IdAM team's budget, resources, and personnel to ensure efficient operations.
- Apply deep technical expertise to guide architectural decisions and resolve complex technical issues within the IdAM environment.

- Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, which will include but is not limited to testing for marijuana use.
- Active Secret Clearance.
- 2 or more years of experience working in a management or leadership position.
- 4 or more years of experience with Identity and Access Management (IdAM).
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions within identity and access management systems.
- Possess technical knowledge of identity management products, including PingIdentity PingFederate, SailPoint IdentityIQ, Azure/AWS Cloud Hybrid Identity Management, Active Directory, and DoD/NSS Public Key Infrastructure.
- Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+).
