IDR is seeking a Identity DevOps Engineer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Denver, Colorado. This role involves supporting identity and access management (IAM) operations, troubleshooting, and developing solutions related to SSO platforms, MFA, and cybersecurity threats within a dynamic environment. The company operates within the cybersecurity and identity management industry, focusing on innovative solutions to enhance security and user experience.
Position Overview for the Identity DevOps Engineer:
- Manage and support IAM platforms, specifically PingIdentity suites, including PingOne, PingProtect, and PingFederate.
- Develop and troubleshoot integrations, automations, and self-service features related to authentication and identity workflows.
- Improve logging, monitoring, and dashboard capabilities to enhance operational visibility.
- Collaborate with security teams to expand applications like PingOne Protect and tune threat detection triggers.
- Support platform upgrades, infrastructure resiliency, and federated trust enhancements across hybrid and cloud environments.
Requirements for the Identity DevOps Engineer:
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in identity-focused DevOps roles, preferably within enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with PingIdentity software suite (PingOne, PingProtect, PingFed) and strong proficiency in PingFederate.
- Experience with IAM integrations involving Oracle Authorization (OIM, OAG), Entra, and other IAM products.
- Expertise in scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, and related tools.
- Migration experience from PingFederate to PingOne is highly desirable.
