SYSTEMTEC is seeking an Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Data Analyst for a remote opportunity for candidates working EST hours. Candidate will support identity governance and access management initiatives by analyzing, validating, and improving identity data quality across applications and systems. The role will partner with business and technology teams to maintain accurate access information, support RBAC governance, and ensure consistent documentation and reporting.
Required Qualifications of the Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Data Analyst:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
- 2+ years of experience in identity process management, identity data analysis, access management, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience provisioning system and/or application access preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze, reconcile, and validate detailed datasets.
- Experience with Active Directory, ServiceNow, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) processes.
- Knowledge of identity and access management principles, access standards, and audit requirements.
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, data mappings, procedures, or governance materials.
- Experience working within financial services or another highly regulated environment, including familiarity with controls such as SOX or HIPAA.
- Bachelor's degree in technology, computer science, cybersecurity, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Preferred Skills/Experience of the Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Data Analyst:
- Certified Access Management Specialist (CAMS) certification.
- Certified Identity and Security Technologist (CIST) certification.
- Experience supporting access certification campaigns and identity governance reviews.
- Experience working effectively with distributed and cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Responsibilities of the Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Data Analyst:
- Analyze identity and application data to identify quality issues, discrepancies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support RBAC implementation and ongoing governance activities, including role and birthright access reviews.
- Maintain application-specific identity documentation, including ownership information, data mappings, and access roles.
- Perform recurring monitoring and reporting activities and investigate exceptions or inconsistencies.
- Execute identity data updates associated with new, modified, or retiring applications and support access certification activities.
- Develop and maintain identity governance policies, standards, procedures, and other reference documentation.
