Role Description
We are presently identifying candidates for the following position: Identity Intelligence I2 Analyst - TSSCI. This contract provides Intelligence Analysis and Scientific Analysis in support of the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA).
Responsibilities
• Conducts analytic production on the full range of unique identifying human characteristics and modalities, to include but not limited to: • Fingerprints • Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) • Iris scans • Voiceprints • Facial recognition features • Behavior
• Fuses identity attributes to include but not limited to: • Biographical • Biological • Behavioral • Contextual • Reputational information related to individuals and intelligence associated with those attributes to identify and assess threat individuals and networks, their capabilities and capacity, centers of gravity, objectives, intent, and potential courses of action.
• Analyzes friendly and adversary biometric systems to understand their capabilities, vulnerabilities, and to inform the U.S. Defense Acquisition Community.
• Supports the production and coordination of doctrine and policy documents in accordance with applicable DoD authorities and guidance to facilitate and advance I2 across the DIE.
Desired Qualifications
Active TSSCI security clearance and CI Poly eligibility. 2 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. Bachelors degree in a field related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Experience fusing intelligence with biometric modalities, fingerprints, iris scans, facial recognition, phone numbers, voice patterns, DNA, etc. Familiarity with contract control numbers or bid identifiers.
Work Environment
These positions provide CONUSOCONUS support, Monday-Friday, in three shifts: 1st shift: 8am-4pm 2nd shift: 4pm-12am 3rd shift: 12am-8am. Shift assignment is provided at INDOC on the first day of work. Interested candidates should be open to any shift assignment.
