• Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications consumable by engineering and architecture teams
• Partner with identity architects, UI developers, and security engineers to validate that solutions meet business and compliance requirements

• Facilitate working sessions and workshops with business and technology stakeholders to surface requirements and drive alignment
• Maintain a requirements traceability matrix and ensure requirements are tracked through delivery

• Strong facilitation and communication skills -- able to work across business, security, and engineering audiences
• Experience working within large, complex enterprise environments; exposure to regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, government) is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience on programs involving identity platform modernization, migration, or consolidation
• Familiarity with identity vendors such as Ping Identity, Transmit Security, Okta, ForgeRock, or similar
• Exposure to credential consolidation or single sign-on programs spanning multiple products or business lines
• Experience supporting mobile authentication or SDK integration programs
• Prior work in financial services, online banking, or other high-stakes consumer-facing digital products is a plus
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent BA certification is a plus

• Must be able to pass a background check
