IDMC Administration Team Lead Location: Denver, CO / Southlake, TX / Austin, TX Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced IDMC Administration Team Lead to oversee the administration, maintenance, and optimization of Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC) solutions. This role will provide technical leadership to the administration team and ensure the scalability, security, reliability, and performance of enterprise data integration solutions. Key Responsibilities
IDMC Data Integration Architecture & Solution Design: Manage and support IDMC data integration with cloud applications and enterprise systems using Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Cloud Application Integration (CAI).
Data Governance & Security: Implement data governance and security practices aligned with IDMC capabilities and applicable data privacy and compliance requirements.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to administrators while supporting complex IDMC data integration scenarios.
Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement: Lead the resolution of complex IDMC data integration issues and identify opportunities to improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Documentation & Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and provide regular project and operational status updates to leadership.
Resource Planning & Hiring Support: Assess resource requirements, forecast staffing needs, and support hiring and onboarding activities as needed.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience working with Informatica IDMC/Data Integration.
Strong experience implementing cloud-based data integration solutions using IDMC tools.
Strong knowledge of Unix, RESTful APIs, system integration, and SQL in cloud integration environments.
Experience with enterprise data integration architecture, administration, troubleshooting, and support.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with Informatica PowerCenter, EDC, IDQ, and CDGC.
Experience with Unix shell scripting and Python.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale data integration environments.
