Job Description & Summary

The Opportunity

As an IFS - Tulip Alliance Driver - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will focus on driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and capturing new business opportunities through market research, digital marketing, and creative campaigns. As a Manager, you will lead teams and projects, leveraging your leadership skills to inspire and develop your team while maintaining accountability for project success and quality standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing partnerships with key Alliance executives to complement PwC's strategy and deliver multi-competency programs that address clients'' critical business issues. You will identify synergies between technology and the firm, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and align with industry needs. Your ability to embrace technology and innovation will enhance your delivery, and you will encourage others to do the same. By articulating our purpose and values, you will contribute to the success of our firm and help navigate the complexities of the business landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key Alliance executives to identify synergies and opportunities for solution development
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver multi-competency programs that address client business issues
  • Leading the planning, budgeting, and execution of projects to achieve organizational targets
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and manage performance effectively
  • Analyzing market trends and data to identify opportunities for market penetration and revenue growth
  • Utilizing digital marketing and creative campaigns to engage clients and promote the firm''s services
  • Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to enhance delivery and client engagement
  • Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders to maintain professional standards and relationships

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor''s degree
  • At least 4 years of experience in Partner & Alliances Management, relationship management or related field, with a track record of driving demand generation and driving successful programs

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
