What this job involves – IFS Vendor Coordinatorwilloversee vendor compliance, communication, and developmentas well as approvinginvoices.Workingclosely with theOperationManager to support allfacilityactivities. TheIFS Vendor Coordinator will be the first point of contact for internal and external customers seeking support and information from third-party services.
What is yourday-to-day?
Perform day-to-day oversight and completion of work orders,providing status updates viathework ordersystem
Providebackup support formeetings
Assistin solving problems associated with building services/property management.
To ensure proper vendor coverage for customer locations, theIFSVendor Coordinator willinitiatenew business vendors while alsomaintainingexisting vendor businessrelationships
Serve as the vendor's first point of contact while developing strong working relationships with both new and existingvendors
Collaborate with vendors toidentifyand correct serviceconcerns
Additionalaccountabilities may include setting up and adjusting the status of all vendors in the accounting systems and researching invoices received from vendors not yet in thesystem
Monitor/analyze/report vendor performance and results, including cost, lead time, and vendor issues and/orcomplaints
Ensuresappropriate follow-upwithvendors,teamandclient
Assist with budgetary requests, analysis, and reporting.
Assist Finance, Sourcing, and other Account Management team members.
Actas the liaison betweentheaccountaccountingteam,including accounts payable and accounts receivable,as needed.
Assistswith receiving and dispatching work requests to technical staff, vendors, or otherserviceproviders.
Assistswith the coordination and scheduling of maintenanceactivities
Handle multiple demands/priorities effectively and quickly adapt tochange
Seeksto improve processes and systems for overall client satisfaction continuously.

Required:
2+ years’ experience with Facility or Property Administration
Associatedegree in facilities management, building, business,or other relatedfield
2+ years of facilities or commercial real estate experience in an admincapacity
Superior customer service skills and orientation
Ability tomaintainprofessionalism at all times under stressfulsituations
Ability to plan and manage work under timeconstraints
Ability to multitask and work without directsupervision
Proficient in MS Office andpossessstrong written, verbal, and peopleskills
Strong organizational skills and collaborative style
Preferred
Familiar with Corrigo CMMS
Estimated total compensation for this position:
45,000.00 – 60,000.00 USD per year
The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
