Job Description:
JD- Identity Governance & Administration
Lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of IGA platforms such as SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID Governance, Saviynt, or IBM Security Verify.
Design and manage Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes.
Oversee user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access lifecycle management.
Establish and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) models.
Implement automated workflows for access requests, approvals, and certifications.

Access Governance & Compliance
Manage periodic user access reviews and certification campaigns.
Ensure compliance with internal security policies and industry regulations (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, etc.).
Monitor segregation of duties (SoD) violations and coordinate remediation efforts.
Support internal and external audit activities.

TOP skills:
8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with at least 5 years in IGA leadership roles.

Collaborate with cybersecurity, IAM, and business teams to minimize identity-related risks.
Identify and mitigate excessive access, orphan accounts, and privileged access risks.
Develop governance controls and metrics for continuous improvement.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead a team of IAM/IGA analysts and engineers.
Engage with business stakeholders to understand access requirements and governance needs.
Provide strategic direction for identity governance initiatives.
Manage vendor relationships and solution integrations.

Reporting & Metrics
Develop dashboards and reports on access governance KPIs.
Track compliance status, certification completion rates, and access risk indicators.
Present governance metrics to leadership and audit teams.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or related field.
Hands-on experience with IGA platforms such as:
SailPoint IdentityIQ / Identity Security Cloud
Microsoft Entra ID Governance
Saviynt
IBM Security Verify Governance
Strong understanding of IAM concepts, RBAC, SoD, MFA, and privileged access management.
Experience with directory services (Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP).
Knowledge of audit, compliance, and governance frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications

Certifications such as:
CISSP
CISM
CIAM
SailPoint Certified Engineer
Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
