IHBS Behavior Management Monitor ConsultantLocation: Boston Metro, North Shore, MassachusettsType: ConsultantOverviewTILL, Inc. is seeking an In‑home Behavioral Services (IHBS) Therapist to join our experienced and exceptional team. IHBS is an intensive in‑home behavioral service that works in a team model with a licensed supervisor and IHBS therapist monitor to develop and implement a behavior action plan for the caregivers and families.Starting at $28/hour.ResponsibilitiesWorks with the individual and their caregivers through implementation of interventions, modeling, and coaching.Collaborates with their clinical supervisor, IHBS therapist, and other client providers.Monitors the youth's progress on identified goals and maintains data collection.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in one of the following: Counseling, Child Development, Guidance, Criminal Justice, Education, Health Education, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Pastoral Counseling, Psychology, Recreational Therapy, Rehabilitation, Social Work, Sociology, Special Education, Vocational Counseling and one (1) year of direct relevant experience working with youth and families who require behavior management.OR an associate's degree that is on the Managed Care Approved list and a minimum of two years of relevant direct service experience working with youth and families who require behavior management to address behavioral issues/mental health.Valid driver's license and vehicle required.Bilingual a plus.TILL OffersA flexible scheduleUnique opportunity to work with families and children/adolescentsMultidisciplinary team meetingsGrowth through training and supervisionApplyApply Now or Share This Job.#J-18808-Ljbffr
