Seeking a Trainer II to support the Learning & Development team by delivering new hire onboarding and operational training. The role will facilitate classroom, virtual, and blended learning while coaching learners and ensuring a consistent training experience.

Key Responsibilities
Â
- Deliver new hire onboarding and operational training programs.
- Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended training sessions.
- Lead activities, discussions, skill practices, and knowledge checks.
- Coach learners, provide feedback, and monitor performance.
- Partner with Operations, SMEs, and L&D teams to achieve training goals.
- Maintain attendance, learner progress, and training records.

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Business, Communications, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 2+ years of corporate training, onboarding, customer service, or operational training experience.
- Experience delivering both classroom and virtual training.
- Strong presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- LMS/virtual training experience preferred.
- Contact center, customer service, billing, or shared services experience is a plus.
