The General Laborer is responsible for performing a variety of routine manual labor tasks under direct supervision in support of daily operations. This role assists with physical work such as lifting and moving materials, loading and unloading vehicles, digging and refilling holes, mowing grass, trimming, basic equipment operation, and other tasks performed in a helping or assisting capacity. The position requires adherence to safety procedures while working in an active manual labor environment. This role does not include supervisory responsibilities and may involve exposure to physical and environmental conditions such as noise, weather elements, and minor occupational risks.
