Compensation: $26.04 - $36.45/hour

As a Family Practice Clinic RN, you will serve as a key member of the healthcare team, providing clinical support to providers while ensuring patients receive high-quality, efficient, and compassionate care.
Key responsibilities include:
Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
Obtain vital signs, medical histories, and other preliminary patient information
Assist providers during examinations and treatments
Perform routine office testing and clinical procedures as ordered
Prepare and administer medications, including injectable and aerosol treatments
Educate patients regarding medications, treatment plans, and follow-up care
Accurately document patient information, treatments, and clinical activities
Process prescription refill requests and respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner
Manage incoming communications, including patient messages, mail, and provider requests
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to support quality patient outcomes
Build long-term relationships with patients and families
Work closely with experienced providers in a team-oriented environment
Play an important role in preventive care and chronic disease management
Enjoy a consistent outpatient setting focused on patient wellness
Utilize a variety of clinical, communication, and patient education skills
Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
One year of experience in a physician office, clinic, or medically related environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with all members of the healthcare team
Excellent organizational and patient service skills
Hourly Range: $26.04 - $36.45
Eligible for evening, night, and weekend shift incentives based on company policies and applicable job codes. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.
