IM General Labor 6am-2:30pm

General Laborer – Chicago, IL 60633  The Laborer position includes working with various electronics by sorting, breaking down/disassembly of items, palletizing, wrapping, and labeling of products.  Hours & Compensation:

1. 5: 30am – 2: 30pm
2. Monday-Friday plus OT
3. $17.05/hr

  Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Lift & move boxes to & from scan lines, sorting all products to assist scanners in meeting production goals.
2. Sort labeled boxes to corresponding pallets and label all completed pallets accurately and legibly.
3. Supply stations with assembled boxes and transport trash to compacters for disposal as required.
4. Assist team members in other areas as needed.
5. Follow all safety and procedural guidelines.
6. Break down consumer electronic devices (TVs, Computers, Phones, etc.)
7. Other duties as assigned.

  Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

1. Strong organizational skills.
2. Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop. Heavy lifting is also required.
5. Must have reliable transportation.

  Minimum QualificationsEducation: HS Diploma/GED preferred.
