IM/Peds Physician Opportunity with Growing Physician-Owned Practice - Up to $150,000 Retention Bonus

Were looking for a BC/BE Internal Medicine-Pediatrics Physician (Med-Peds) to join our department. We have an established referral network with excellent collaboration between primary care & specialty care. The ideal candidate will have a passion for high quality, evidence-based patient care with an even panel of pediatric & adult patients. The department consists of 5 physicians and 1 APC.

Position details:

Part-time or Full-time (0.5 - 1.0 FTE)
Flexible schedule: 4 or 5 days/week
Shared call with IM and Pediatrics departments (phone call only with nurse triage)
Compensation is a Production model
New clinicians will have a 2-year guarantee based on production ($304,633 - $330,186) with upside earning potential
$150,000 starting & retention bonus over 5 years (pro-rated by FTE)
Two-year partnership track position with a reasonable buy-in.
