Job Description:
Responsible for building/updating document routing workflows, error monitoring, incident triage, promoting changes into lower environments, deploying changes to the production environment, user creation/modification/deletion, troubleshooting/enhancing document/email import integrations, troubleshooting integration with ancillary systems such as RightFax (direct RightFax support not required), maintain user security groups and roles, resolving orphaned tasks.
