Responsibilities:
  • Perform on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of imaging equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and training for end-users.
  • Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to improve product performance and reliability.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in imaging technology.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in field service or technical support for imaging equipment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of imaging technologies and medical device regulations.
  • Certification in relevant technical fields is a plus.
