Role OverviewLifesaving technology, powered by you.Sodexo is currently seeking a skilled and service-focused Imaging Service Engineer II for Moses Cone Healthcare System in Greensboro, NC . The Imaging Service Engineer II will be responsible for providing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced imaging systems in a hospital environment, while ensuring a high level of customer service and equipment reliability.What You'll DoInstall, maintain, calibrate, and repair complex diagnostic imaging equipment including but not limited to GE CT, Seimens CathLab, Hologic Mammo, and others.Utilize technical and customer service skills to assess and resolve imaging equipment issues efficiently.Collaborate with clinical staff and other healthcare professionals to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.Document service activities and maintain accurate records within the department's tracking systems.Participate in on-call rotation schedule and provide emergency support as needed.What We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
