Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an efficient, detail-oriented Document Scanning Specialist to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality document preparation and image scanning to meet daily production goals. This role is vital in initiating the imaging process and obtaining our conversion objectives.

What Youll Do

Responsibilities:

• Main Responsibility: Perform accurate document preparation, including sorting and removing staples and scan hardcopy files to create high-quality electronic images. • Collaboration: Adhere to Imaging Center procedures, follow production procedures, and communicate personal production updates and job-specific questions/clarification predominantly with Imaging Center personnel and management. • Compliance: Maintain record order and sequence, ensure a clean work environment, and complete all required internal documentation and tracking to ensure compliance and accuracy.

What Youll Bring

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience & Knowledge: Familiarity with PC and other computer-related products and demonstrated understanding of the importance of detail and accuracy. • Core Competencies: Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 pounds. • Work Style: A proven ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work and acceptance of change and long durations of project assignments. • Education/Certification: Minimum business expertise is required.

Role Duration: This is a one-year project role, with potential for conversion to a full-time role with benefits after a performance review and project needs.

Salary Details: $18.75/hour

Shift: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM

Location: 12958 Midway Place, Cerritos, CA
