Coordinate infrastructure installation/upgrade/support activities between Mckesson, infrastructure personnel, and systems analysts.
Work as a liaison between the SPUH infrastructure team, Clinical/Business IT teams, and Mckesson support to ensure that infrastructure/Paragon related patches, updates, environment changes, and upgrades are properly prepared for and communicated to Clinical/Business IT teams.
Be responsible for monitoring clinical system backups, and ensuring that all paragon/infrastructure monitoring technologies are functional and enhanced as needed.
Perform systems administration and management activities for the assigned system i.e., day- to-day maintenance, system patches, performance monitoring, and assurance that backup and archival procedures are executed per guidelines.
Support applications throughout the hospital in terms of product evaluation, hardware/software resource requirements, installation, and ongoing support.
