We are seeking an LVN / LPN ForPrivate Duty / Shift Care Nursing for the month of June.
The position will be for flexibile dates within the week at night. Start time 9PM.
Job site: Glendale, CA
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
- Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
- Aspiration Precautions
- Administer medications and enteral feedings via G-Tube
Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience with pediatric patients.
- Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields.
- Ability to build rapport with patient.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Skilled with G-Tube care and maintenance.
