Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Senior Mac Engineer with strong JAMF experience to support a short-term Mac migration and device reimaging project. This individual will help move MacBooks from a newly acquired company onto the client's standard Mac setup and ensure devices are properly configured, secured, and aligned with the existing Mac environment.
Project Goal:
Move the newly acquired company's MacBooks onto the client's standard Mac setup through JAMF management, device reimaging, and Mac environment configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the migration of MacBooks from a newly acquired company onto the client's standard Mac configuration.
- Reimage and configure Mac devices within a Mac-based environment.
- Use JAMF to manage, deploy, and support Mac devices.
- Ensure devices are properly enrolled, configured, and aligned with company standards.
- Troubleshoot Mac imaging, deployment, and configuration issues.
- Work onsite with internal IT teams to complete the migration efficiently and accurately.
Required Qualifications:- 7–10 years of experience in Mac engineering, desktop engineering, or endpoint support.
- Strong hands-on experience with JAMF.
- Experience reimaging Mac devices in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of MacOS device management, configuration, and deployment.
- Ability to work onsite in Tampa.
Preferred Qualifications:- Prior experience supporting device migrations, acquisitions, or environment standardization projects is a plus.
