What You’ll Do

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you’ll represent our company and nonprofit partners at live events, promotional campaigns, brand activations, and community outreach programs.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Engaging with attendees, donors, supporters, and members of the community.
• Providing friendly, professional, and knowledgeable customer service.
• Introducing the public to nonprofit campaigns and fundraising initiatives.
• Answering questions and clearly communicating campaign information.
• Creating positive and memorable experiences for event participants.
• Supporting event setup, breakdown, logistics, and on-site activities.
• Building strong relationships with community members and supporters.
