What You’ll Do:

• Engage with customers in-store to understand their needs and offer tailored product solutions
• Represent client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Drive sales through product knowledge and customer relationship-building
• Assist with promotional events, merchandising, and store displays
• Work with the team to achieve individual and store sales goals
• Maintain a positive and energetic presence on the sales floor

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly, upbeat, and professional attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
• Team player with a desire to grow and take on leadership opportunities
• Must be 18+

What We Offer:

• Compensation: Commission-only. There is no guaranteed salary or hourly pay. Actual earnings depend on individual sales performance and commissions earned under the company's commission program.
• Top Performers earn between $800-$2000 weekly
• Benefits: This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored health insurance, retirement, or paid leave benefits. Any available employee perks or discounts will be discussed during the hiring process.
